What we will require:
Week 1 (9/09/19) 6-7pm
– INTRODUCTION
What is a Young Leader? How to prepare for a coaching session and/or umpiring a match.
Week 2 (16/09/19) 6-7pm
– U12 MATCH RULES
6-6.30pm scenarios, 6.30-7pm pitch based practical
Week 3-6 (23/09/19-7/10/19) 6-7pm
– PRACTISE
Assisting drills, leading warmups, officiating mini matches, bringing correct equipment.
Week 7 (14/10/19) 5-7pm
– ASSESSMENT
Ability to lead skill/drill with a small group
AND
Umpire a U12 small sided games efficiently.
After Half Term (4/11/19)
– 10HRS OF VOLUNTEERING
Assisting Junior coaching
AND/OR
Officiating at Avon League U10/U12 matches.
Christmas Party/Awards Evening (30/11/19)
– CERTIFICATES AWARDED
