GK training a hit at Lockleaze sports day
26 August 2024: Despite the threat of rain there was plenty of interest in hockey at Lockleaze Sports Centre’s Festival of Sport over the bank holiday weekend. We were there as a partner club, offering tasters, drills and tryouts to parents and children. Getting kitted out as goalkeeper proved particularly popular, and there were loads of young players ready to try and slot the ball into the net, as we can see here, a mini GK being coached under the watchful eye of Redland 1st team GK Chris.
