Subs and Match Fees 25/26

As outlined and discussed at our AGM in May 2025 the 2025/26 season will see an increase across the board, the club having made no increases for the past three years. The increases to annual subs are due to the introduction of the new England Hockey Player Membership Model, along with rising pitch hire costs. We have also increased our umpire fees, to bring us into line with other Bristol clubs. Additionally, we have worked hard to limit the increase to match fees. (The 1st & 2nd team match fees will continue to incur a supplement of £1, but only if if there is a paid coach in attendance. This is a contribution towards having the benefit of a Saturday sideline coach, which the club pays for.)

NB: These annual subs INCLUDE insurance, the new England Hockey payment structure, the West League and Avon League affiliation costs, summer league entry fees and all other competition entry fees as well as all our organised training sessions including coaching costs, pitch and venue hire. Match fees include game day pitch hire, payments to umpires (without whom we couldn’t play) and usually a post-match snack.

Online payment system: We use an online payment collection system, which members can manage via their membership accounts. Just log in and click on the MY PROFILE tab and set up a Direct Debit, which helps us with our club admin.
