Our commitment
We are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all of our players so they can participate in a relaxed and secure environment.
We will ensure that all Coaches, Managers, Volunteers, Players and Spectators adhere to strict Codes of Conduct both on and off the pitch. As such, Redland Ladies Hockey Club has formally adopted England Hockey’s Spirit of Hockey – Code of Conduct policy which exists to protect everyone within the game and outlines the behaviour expected from all people within the hockey family.
Sitting alongside the Spirit of Hockey policy is the The England Hockey Safeguarding Good Practice, Policy and Procedure which can be downloaded here:
We follow the Anti-Bullying Guidance as part of England Hockey’s Safeguarding Code
We also pledge to adhere to the England Hockey Safeguard set of policies for Young People, Parents, Junior Managers, Welfare Officers, Coaches, Umpires, Committee Members, Adult Players.
